Nice purse but the hardware keeps falling off

"I love this purse, however, the buckle/clasp fell off. I paid for a new one to be shipped to me and lo and behold now it is missing again. For $240 PLUS the extra I spent on a replacement buckle, I would expect to have a fully intact purse. I gently use my items and do not have small children that I am carrying around or that are pulling at me. I'm very disappointed that it is missing again. The purse looks dumb without it and no longer is secure closed."

Not Happy with the Quality and Return Process

"I am so disappointed with the Venice Beach bag I just received. After removing it from the box the first thing I noticed was a small scuff/scratch on the flap that was very obvious. Then when unpacking the crossbody strap, I was surprised to note how thin, narrow and cheap it seemed compared to my older bags. Plus, the strap will be too long and hang down on the side of the bag when I adjust it to fit my size (I am petite). The older sewn-in straps had a loop adjustment so there wasn't a long piece hanging down too far on the bag. The hardware/clasps that connect the crossbody strap are definitely smaller and seem less sturdy than clasps on older bags. Just not sure how well they will hold up. Plus, the clasp is very small and was difficult to clip onto the bag. The entire look and feel of the leather is subpar to all of my older bags. So disappointed, and this is a $245 handbag. Definitely not worth the money. Also, I am returning this and paid the extra $3.98 for free returns. However, my return is pending and under review. What?? If I paid extra for this, why is it under review? Such a frustrating transaction."

Terrible Quality

"I bought this exact bag a couple of years ago. Loved it so much that I bought the exact same color again after mine was ruined accidentally. Just received it and it is terrible quality compared to my last bag. The leather is super thin and feels very different- almost like plastic. Quality has gone down drastically.

"I bought a Venice Beach bag about 10 years ago and the look and quality of it was amazing. I bought another one last week (black) and received it today and I am pretty disappointed. The bag just feels very cheap. The strap is thin, the leather feels thin as well and the stitching is not as good as in the past. The one from years ago feels like it will last forever, this one feels like it t will break in a few months. I've purchased a few things from you in the past month and see the quality is just terrible compared to my other Bedstu bags and sandals from years before. Will not be purchasing from your company anymore since you are charging people a lot of money for inferior leather products."

Q&A

Is one of the zippered pockets on the outside large enough to put your phone in?
This will depend on your phone but in general, probably not unless you have a small phone. The larger zipper pocket on the front of the bag measures about 6 inches by 4.5 inches, it does not hold a iPhone 17 Pro Max.
On the future dusk black one, what is the width of the strap and the size of the back exterior pocket? Same questions for the rustic black one. These things look different on each on the photos.
We recently updated the strap on this bag. The Future Dusk Black finish is the last production run to feature the sewn-on strap, which measures approximately 1¼ inches wide. All other finishes, including Rustic Black, now come with the updated detachable strap that measures approximately ¾ of an inch wide. The back exterior pocket on both versions measures approximately 6 inches wide by 4½ inches tall.
Will there be a Venice tan forest rustic again? I’ve been looking for months but just keep seeing “Sold Out.”
Tan Forest Rustic was a limited finish, and at this time we do not have plans to restock it. I know that is probably disappointing to hear, especially after you have been keeping an eye out for so long. That said, I have escalated your interest in seeing this finish return to our production team for future consideration.
